Get those homes on the market now if you are considering building a new home this spring.  I had 3 of my clients this past week alone sell their current homes and all are now ready to go on their new home project because of it.  The market has been an amazing one this early spring so far.  The homes selling are not all new listings either.  With the surge in existing home sales this spring, this year looks to be a great one for people looking to get their current home sold prior to building.  Rates are still at historic lows and I have had a few of my clients quoted rates in the mid 3% range on 30 year mortgages.  This cannot last, so take the steps now to get your existing home ready to sell.
